I provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can openly explore your challenges and work towards positive change. I offer flexible therapy options to fit your needs. I provide virtual therapy (Telehealth) for California residents, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I'm located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Finding it hard to cope after sexual assault? This 8-week closed group offers a safe and supportive space to process your experiences, learn practical coping skills, and connect with others who understand. You'll build relationships with the same participants each week as you navigate healing together.

Tired of feeling like you don't fit in? Join us! This is a supportive group

for teen girls who have faced difficult life experiences. We'll explore topics like self-esteem, body image, navigating social media, boundaries, healthy relationships, and finding your voice. Connect with other girls who understand, share your stories, and learn helpful coping skills to heal and live your best life!
