Sexual Assault Survivors

A supportive environment for adult survivors of sexual assault to process their experiences, heal from trauma, and receive validation and support. 

FOR WOMEN ONLY - Women, Non-Binary, and Women-identifying individuals who are survivors of sexual assault (18yrs +)

Group Goals

  • Provide a safe and supportive space for survivors to share their experiences.

  • Facilitate healing from trauma through therapeutic activities and discussions.

  • Develop healthy coping strategies to manage trauma-related symptoms.

  • Foster a sense of community and mutual support among group members.

  • Price: $45 a Session

  • Duration: 8 Weeks / 1 hour per session / Weekly

  • Capacity: 4-8 Participants / Closed Group Setting

  • Location: Virtual / Zoom
